Final Walk-Through for Executive Drive
Utilities personnel perfor]~ed a walk-thru on the above referenced
project yesterday morning and the following items were found to
be deficient;
Main line valve a= drainage channel needs valve
extension. ~ ~.
Manhole at Wrangler and Executive Dr. needs to be
raised to curb,grade.
Please insure that each of these items are corrected prior to
release of this project. 7,
