Walk-thru Forest Cove I
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to
walk thru.
1. All manholes need 2 bands on chimney seals.
2. Manhole on Coppell Road in ditch needs to be bolted down.
3. Fire hydrant between lots 1 & 2, block C leaking at bottom.
4. Fire hydrant between lots 13 & 14, block D 2-1/2" nozzle
needs repairing.
Lot 15, block D cannot see inside sewer cleanout.
6. Between lots 15 & 16, block D, manhole needs to be raised
about 4 ft and needs to be reinspected.
Lot 17, block D, lower 2" blow-off and put in large meter can.
Lot 18, block D service leak.
9. Ail sewer cleanouts need to be grade level.
