Dear Ken:
Now that the dust has settled, I wanted to write to apologize to you for the excessive time
it took us to complete the appraisal. As you know, the stop/start nature of the assignment
necessitated my changing staff appraisers midway through the project; however, that is not
a sufficient excuse for the pitiful customer service the City of Coppell received from us. I
can't undo our poor performance, but I do want you to know that I am sincerely apologetic,
and I hope that you will give us another opportunity in the future to demonstrate that the
quality of our customer service on this assignment was atypical.
