Sewer cleanouts covered - cannot inspect them.
Meter can filled with dirt - can't see anything.
Fire hydrant not marked on curb.
6. Fire hydrant valve covered - cannot locate.
Expose lower fittings for inspection.
Manhole lower chimney seal not sealed on bottom ring.
Existing manhole on Sandy Lake tied on to Forest Cove needs
to be cleaned and needs a chimney seal with a rain pan.
