Re: Harrington's Bait Shop Dear Ken: The following issues have arisen regarding tkis property: 1) Mr. Harrington told us last week that he is unavailable to meet with us and show us the exterior and the interiors of the improvements until this upcoming weekend, at the earliest. We do not have a definite time to meet with him set as of this writing. 2) There is now a temporary construction easement proposed by the County to make needed repairs/improvemems to the property to offset the issues created by the grade changes. This temporary easement raises questions regarding access and use of the property during the duration of the construction project. 3) Apparently there is a second building (a house) at the rear of the property whose access may be impacted by the temporary construction easement, as well as by the take (driveway is being eliminated). We would like to meet with you on Wednesday, if convenient, to go over some of these Lqsues and get your perspective. Please call me at your convenience; if I am out of the office, please ask for Craig Christensen. Thank you.
