ST9301A-CS 960813August 13, 1996 Allen Bud Beene, P.E. Director of Public Works Dallas County 411 Elm Street Dallas, Texas 75202 Re: Sandy Lake Road Bridge Project 91-838 (City of Coppell Project ST 93-01a) Dear Mr. Beene: Enclosed with this letter is a copy of the signed right-of-way easement for the Farrow tract. This is one of two parcels of right-of-way that the City needs to acquire for the construction of the bridge. It should be noted that the easement states that the existing fence and gate will be relocated to the new south right-of-way line. I verbally conveyed this to Irv Griff'm and have been told that this should not be a problem as the same thing is being done on the north side for the Carrollton Farmers Branch School District fence. We are proceeding onward to acquire the Harrington tract which will most likely end up in condemnation. I am awaiting the f'mal report from the appraiser, Price-Denton. They have had conversations with this office and also representatives of Dallas County concerning this project. I don't have a firm timetable on the submittal of the appraisal at this time. However, once it has been provided, I will notify the County and provide a firm timetable on our timeline for the acquisition of the right-of-way. If you should have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E. Assistant City Manager/City Engineer
