Fire hydrant needs blue street marker.
Fire hydrant valve lid paint red.
Mark on curb FHV in red at f'we hydrant valve.
Paint MLV on curb in blue at main line valve and paint lid blue.
Mark on curb DOM & IRR in blue at water meters.
Paint meter can lid blue.
Mark MH on curb at manhole in red.
Paint manhole lid red.
Manhole needs chimney seal and grouted inside.
Fire hydrant will not drain.
Clean meter cans to bypass and curbstop.
Clean out dirt inside valve stack.
Irrigation and domestic DC need plugs.
MLV needs pad.
