As per our earlier conversation, we can prepare appraisals of the two above-referenced
properties relative to the Sandy Lake Road project. The City has already engaged us for
the Harrington parcel, with a fee of $3,000.00. The additional fee to include the Farrow
parcel will be $2,000.00, based on the engineer's drawings of the parcel and the take areas,
including the slope easement. If improvements are involved which will be damaged by the
taking (not shown on the drawings), the fee could increase. The total fee for both parcels
is $5,000.00.
