2. j 5 DC's for domestic, irrigation, and vault need test paperwork.

4../ Raise meter cans to ground high.
5. / Need caps on curb stop cut-off pipe for domestic and irrigation.
6. J Need blue fire hydrant marker button in street.
7. j Mark MLV in blue on curb at 3 valves.
8. j Blow at end of line need to place pipe for blowoffpipe.
9. ~/ Vault needs lock latch.
10. × Clean out storm drain inlets.
11. ~/ Repaint yellow fire hydrant.
12. Maintain ¼" per ??? cross slope at southwest connection to 10' inlet.
