Harrington and Farrow ROW Documents
Dear Mr. Griffin:
Reference is made to our telephone discussion of June 28, 1996,
concerning the acquisition schedule for the Harrington and Farrow
properties. When I inquired as to the schedule for acquisition or
schedule for any E.D. hearing you indicated that you had not yet
received a report from your appraiser. When I asked you about the
possibility of getting a right of entry you indicated that you
wanted to obtain the appraisals first.
The purpose of this letter is to ask you to determine the status
and/or schedule for acquisition of these parcels and report to this
office in writing. If you do not anticipate having both parcels
closed by August 20, 1996, please consider obtaining a right of
entry for the properties as soon as possible. As you know, we
desire to start construction very soon and your efforts in clearing
these right of way parcels promptly will be greatly appreciated.

concerning the above or any other feature of the bridge project.
