Dear Mr. Lacy:
We have been contacted by Ms. Nancy McReynolds of the POB
Montgomery Company regarding problems with the sprinkler system
at Coppell Park Plaza, 580 S. Denton Tap Road. L. H. Lacy
Company performed repairs to this system as a result of damage
sustained during the construction of Denton Tap Road. Apparently
the system was not fully repaired and the property owner is now
experiencing difficulties with the system and their landscape is
beginning to die.
Under the terms of the one year maintenance requirements of the
Contract, we ask that you contact Ms. McReynolds at 490-4900 and
take corrective action as soon as possible to restore the
irrigation system to its proper operation.
