This letter is in response to your letter of February 22, 1990
regarding grading on the property adjacent to the west side of
Denton Tap Road owned by Mssr's. A.E. Gaddy and Henry Davis. We
have reviewed the situation in the field and believe that the
best solution would be to have the Contractor cut a shallow ditch
or swale to handle the problem temporarily. At the time the
owners develop the land they may have to either fill the site or
build an on-site underground enclosed storm sewer.
Please be advised that this property was poorly drained prior to
the beginning of this project. If you have no objections to this
approach we will add it to the Final Punch List for the project
if we receive the owner's permission to allow the Contractor to
do the work on his land.
