It was amicipated that ~e County would provide ~ese documents to ~e City in Janua~ or Febma~, as this was a priority project for ~e CounW. The County is still conveying to ~e City ~at this will be a priority project and ~ey are still requesting that ~e City move fo~ard as soon as possible to acquire ~ese easements and right- of-way. With this letter I am transmitting Parcel g29, which includes the acquisition of right-of-way and a tempora~ construction easement from prope~y owned by James Harrington. The appraisal on ~is propeffy is included in the letter agreement between yourself and ~e City dated Janua~ 31, 1996. As previously stated, the dates in the letter agreement are no longer applicable, however, it appears as though ~e total t~e frame to complete ~e work was est~ated to be t~ee weeks. The City would still appreciate a t~ee week mm around on ~e appraisal of ~is prope~y. Also, included with this letter is a copy of Parcel g28, which includes right-of-way and a slo~ easement from propeay owned by Floyd C. Fa~ow and Earl K. Fa~ow. I would appreciated an est~ate of w~t ~e appraisal would cost on ~is prope~y. I am also including various sheets of the co~tmction plans as provided to the City by the CounW which may give you a better underst~ding of ~e scope of the project.
