Completion of the backfill operation was again held up due to the signal contractor needing
to pour the signal pole pier structure.
All that remains Is one foot of top soil and fine grading. We will allow the concrete
pier to set-up before charging the water line. Brown Park should have water by Monday
morning.
I will respond with another status report on November 7.
