Re: Fountain Park Water Line
Dear Mr. Davis:
Per your discussion with my engineer, Lynn Kadleck, the purpose of this letter
is to assure the following:
As part of the water line construction in our Waters
Edge Phase Two Addition, the existing 8" line
between Lots 4 and 5, Block "A" of Fountain Park
Addition shall be abandoned by cutting the pipe at
the tee in Fountain Drive and plugging the pipe at
both ends.
The construction plans for Waters Edge Phase Two were submitted to the City
on December 22, 1993, and show this abandonment.
