Water/Sanitary Sewer Walk-Through @ Fountain Park
Utilities personnel performed a walk-through on the above referenced project and found the
following items to be deficient:
8" water line tie in to 16" needs to be cut off and plugged at T inside subdivision.
Also, the abandoned pipe needs to be plugged at both ends to prevent dirt from
entering the pipe and causing surface failure.
Screening walls and a final grade in the right-of-ways and easements must be set
and/or completed.
Please ensure these items have been corrected prior to the final acceptance of this project.

Water/Sanitary Sewer Walk-Through @ Fountain Park
Utilities personnel performed a walk-through on the above referenced project this morning
and found the following items to be deficient:
Flow problem - When you flow one fire hydrant partially open, the rest of the
subdivision is flowing inadequately. Flow problem should be corrected.
8" water line tie in to 16" needs to be cut off and plugged at T inside subdivision.
Also, the abandoned pipe needs to be plugged at both ends to prevent dirt from
entering the pipe and cansing surface failure.
Screening walls and a final grade in the right-of-ways and easements must be set
and/or completed.
