Fountain Park Walk Through Punch List
The following deficiencies were noted during our walk through on
12/15/93 of the above referenced project. Please make sure the
contractor has a copy of these items.
- Curb saw joint cracked third panel past pavers
- Pavers have irregular settling
- Seal concrete to asphalt
- Provide white edge striping at entrance
- Lone Star Gas pipe exposed
Concrete wash in ditch
Concrete chips in expansion joint(location 1)
Inlet pipe connection(location 2)
- Random crack(locations 3,4 and 5)
- Saw joints not sealed in eyebrow and curb
- Bring seal up in alley(location 1)
Please make sure that we are contacted when a follow up walk
through is needed.
