Dear Mr. House:
We are enclosing a copy of the City of Coppell development fee calculations for Fountain Park
Addition for water impact fee/water tap fee associated with the irrigation meters. These fees were
not included in your check for $136,828.20 paid July 1, 1993 for development fees. The irrigation
fees include:
Water Impact Fee: $3,250.00
Water Tap Fee: $200.00
Water Meter Fee: $124.20
Irrigation Meter Deposit: $70.00
TOTAL $3,644.20
Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $3,644.20 and forward
it to Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, along with a copy of the fee calculations as soon as
possible. If you will provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office, it will help us verify
payment of the required fees for this project.

June 23, 1992 the following assessment is determined:
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer;
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
For those developments having preliminary plat approval after June
23, 1992 the following assessment is determined;
30 Residential Lots @ $350.00 ea = $10,500.00
Units (Multi-family) at $350.00 ea = $
50% of the amount specified above shall be paid by the Developer
prior to Council approval of final plat.
50% remaining shall be paid by the Builder at such time as a
building permit is issued.
Please advise the Developer of these fees and due dates.
