Re: Harrington Bait Shop Appraisal Report / Project #93-01A
Dear Ms. Wilke:
Included with this letter please find a copy of the signed agreement authorizing you to provide
the appraisal report on the Harrington Bait Shop for a fee of $3,000.00. At this time, we have
not received final right-of-way documents from Dallas County, however, we will forward them
to you as soon as we receive them.
I have attempted to contact Mr. Harrington, however, he has been out of town. If you wish to
make contact with him, his work telephone number is 756-3204. I fully understand that it is
unlikely that you will be able to deliver the verbal and final report by the dates as indicated in
the agreement. However, based on the dates in the agreement it is my opinion that you
attempted to provide approximately three weeks for the verbal value opinion and approximately
three to four weeks for the final report. I would like to stay within those same time guidelines
starting from the point when the final right-of-way documents are delivered to you.
