Dear Mr. Albert:
We have reviewed your prices submitted January 31, 1989 and offer
the following comments.
We accept your lump sum price of $1100.00 to relocate the above
referenced item during the weekdays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Please coordinate the scheduling of this work with the city's
Public Works Department, Mr. Howard Pafford (462-8495) and Mr.
Randy Fleming of our office for water line shutdowns, turning of
any valves and determining the specific relocation site.

Weekends or between 5:00 PM and 8:00 AM - $1600.00/LS
