Dear Ken:
Per our telephone conversations, we will be pleased to prepare an appraisal report on the
above-referenced property to assist you in right-of-way acquisition negotiations with the
property owner. Our fee is $3,000.00, and we have agreed to deliver a verbal value opinion
to you by February 19, with the final report delivered not later than 10 a.m. Thursday,
February 22.
In order to complete the appraisal, we will need the final right-of-way alignment and area
to be taken calculations, along with a survey or plat of the whole property, a legal
description of the part taken and the whole property, and access to the property (to be
obtained by me from James Harrington).
