The foll addressed:
Problem: Poor sight visibility on Bethel Road when looking
northward. Solution: Removed Type III barricades and
installed Type I barricades.
Problem: Poor centerline stripe delineation along the
detours. Solution: Installed 4" double reflective yellow
buttons along centerline.
Problem: No signage at Dairy Queen driveway indicating no
left-turn. Solution: Installed one-way sign at drive.
We discussed these issues with the contractor on August 24, 1988
at 9:00 a.m. and advised them to improve the conditions noted
above. Immediate action was taken and the situations were
rectified by August 26, 1988.
