8" Water Line Lowering (Relocation) at Brid§e
on Denton Tap, North of Bethel Road
Randy Fleming asked if this section of line could be shut down
Tuesday, August 23, because they were digging a bridge pier hole
and there was a possibility they would hit it. Carl shut the
line down that morning and two hours later the contractor drilled
through it. Myself and Randy Fleming have discussed leaving it
shut down until it can be relocated and decided this would be
the right time other having this repair done. They have already
started the relocation.
I do believe there is adequate flows and I have notified the Fire
Department and they have no problems as long as it is not long
term.
This line should be active sometime this next week if the rains
hold out.
