CONSULTING ENGINEERS
Dear Mr. Ratliff:
Enclosed are six (6) copies of the Contract Documents including
the Form of Agreement, Performance Bond and Payment Bond for the
above referenced project, duly executed by the Contractor, L.H.
Lacy Company.
Please have the copies executed by Mayor Duggan on behalf of the
City and return all six copies to us. We will complete the
execution of the Contracts on behalf of the City by entering the
date of the Mayor's signature in all the appropriate places and
return two fully executed Contracts to you.
The pre-construction conference for this project was held in our
offices at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, May 17, 1988 and minutes will be
forwarded when they are typed. We anticipate issuing a "Notice-
To-Proceed" order to the Contractor within the next week. The
effective date of the order should be some time before the 15th
of June.
We are also enclosing the Original Cover Sheet for the project to
be signed by the Mayor. Please return it with the executed
Contracts.
