At the request of the owner of the refereaced project, we respectfully request that the City
grant a request to extend thc approval of the Final Plat of thc site for a period of s~x
months. As we discussed, the approval of the Final Pht for the site, which was approved
by Council on ]December 12, 1991, is schedu{ed m expire on June 12, 1991.
In addition, we request that this item be placed on the Iune 11, 1991 CiO/Council agenda
for consideration.
