use in showing the actual location (horizontal and vertical) of
your facilities located within or adjacent to the right-of-way
for the proposed improvements. Please complete the above as
soon as possible and return the marked up plans to us by
Wednesday, November 26, 1986.

minimizing the number and cost of relocations of your facilities
required for construction of the proposed improvements, as well
