Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk-thru.
1. VanBebber Driveway: Seal curb returns both east & west side.
ADA ramp west side driveway toe stub at sidewalk.
Apron need control joint at center and to the east side of
driveway.
Redwood header needs sealed.

ADA on east side of driveway saw cut and re-form entire ADA
ramp o
Deficiencies marked in white paint.
VanBebber/Heartz: ADA ramps are poured on top of paver lug.
This is wrong.
Pavers need cut to match.
Seal redwood at the top of ADA ramps.
Deficiencies marked in white paint.
Heartz: sidewalk ramp curb needs to be sealed.
Seal all sidewalk redwood headers.
4. Heartz/Bethel School: ADA ramp wrong also.
Bethel School driveway: rout & seal random cracks across
Driveway.
Seal curb returns.
Seal along existing concrete on Bethel School.
