RE: Impact Fees
Dear Mr. Cook:
Per my discussion with Subash Gitonde, the Water/Wastewater Impact
Fees are a one-time development fee. These fees are based on the
estimated water consumption of the property being developed and
calculated on meter size.
Impact fees are assessed and collected based on your planned
project. As long as that plan remains the same and meters are
never up-sized or the facility expanded and water meters added,
impact fees are never assessed and collected on that property
again.
