The City review comments are addressed as follows: 2. 3. 4. 5. The option for Ductile Iron water main pipe has been deleted from the plans. Mr. Troy Glidewell of the City of Coppell Fire Department has indicated that he has no objections to the 6" fire loop and temporary asphalt fire lane as proposed. No bollards are to be installed around the proposed fire hydrants, as they will be installed behind the proposed curb. Landscaping for the existing drainage channel along Thweatt Road is addressed on the Landscape Plans included in the Architectural set. The Owner is aware of the requirement for escrowing funds for the Thweatt Road improvements. The escrow will be addressed as part of the Plat and Building Permit process. The concrete flumes along the east side of the building are for collection of roof drain flows only and not for vehicular traffic. Therefore, no note has been added regarding subgrade. 8. The ouffall of the 42" RCP along the west side of the building is to be hydromulched for erosion control purposes. 9. A note is on the Water and Sanitary plan instructing the DDC meter to be placed in the right-of-way outside of the proposed walk. 10. Note I0 on the Water and Sanitary Sewer plan calls for Storz adapters on the fire hydrants.
