companies, we have scheduled a "Utility Co-Ordination Conference"
specifically for this pro]ec%. This conference is to be hel~ 'at
1:30 PM on Tuesday, January 23, 1996 at the office of Dallas County
Public Works, 411 ~1~ Street. We will also discuss the status iof
right of way acquisition and anticipated construction dates during
this conference. In addition to yourself it is desired to have the
e~gineer or field representative most knowledgeable of this project
in attendance during the above stated conferemce.
