Dear Mr. Weber:
We have completed our evaluation of the necessary locations for potholing the
DWU 30" water line on Sandy Lake Road in the City of Coppell. It was
determined that 20 pothole locations will be necessary initially, and more
locations may be deemed necessary depending on the results of the initial
potholes. The designated locations provide elevations at intervals not to exceed
1000 linear feet, as well as in the vicinity of potential conflicts such as storm
drains and light poles. These locations are attached for your review.
We welcome everyone's input on these locations. We need to provide DWU
ample notice prior to starting potholes; therefore, we need a schedule at least
one week in advance. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions
or comments.
