Fee Assessment Letter
Dear Pastor Culver:
Enclosed is a copy of the City of Coppell Development Fee Assessment table, along with a copy of the
Development Fee calculations for the referenced development.
Please make payment for the Impact Fees to the City of Coppell in the mount of $243.05 and forward to
the Engineering Department along with a copy of the Fee Assessment table. This amount is a portion of
the assessed fees that are typically paid prior to Council approval. Please note that the Texas Legislature,
under Senate Bill 243, delayed the collection of Water and Sewer Impact Fees until the issuance of a
Building Permit.
The additional fees for water and sewer taps, water meters, and utility inspection fees need to be paid by
separate check at the Public Works Service Center, 816 S. Coppell Road. Meters will be ordered when
those fees are paid.
Appropriate payment of the required fees will help insure a successful beginning of this project. We look
