Walk-thru Fairways
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. 1 & 11 conflict - not jumpered? Check all turn vs. red
jumpers.
Bolt on access door in transformer base southeast corner.
3. No gravel in PB northwest corner.
Putty all conduit openings.
Solder, wire nut and separately seal all loop connections.
No "Don't Walk" northeast corner east bound.
7. Backfill southwest corner west conduit exposed (*maybe apts.
responsibility.
8. Bolt down all PB lids.
Display on door does not correspond with detector rack (ex.2-7
on door is 2-4 on rack).
10. Something is not riqht with 4-1/4-2 (maybe card 4-1 is 262,
4-2 is 222 or maybe the long run of unshielded twisted wire).
