Dear Mr. Daniels:
On November 23, 1994 I sent a letter to your attention regarding the damage done to the
Water/Sewer Utility components along Riverchase Drive. The project referred to in this
Attached you will find th~ Original punch list along with the follow-up comments made on a
second walk through.
As mentioned in my first letter, these deficiencies were created by the screening wall and
sidewalk contractors and should be corrected by one of these contractors.
I would appreciate a response to this letter and I look forward to working with you to get
these deficiencies corrected..

Main Line Water Valve at Westchester on east side of Riverehase lid covered
with concrete: Checked and ok.
Main line water valve at Coventry & Riverchase (on Riverchase) unable to
mm, need to reset valve pad, 12/4/95 can get on valve nut.
1st. Fire Hydrant south of Pine Hurst east side of Riverchase two valves
unable to locate: 12/4/95 both valves located at fire hydrant on main line
valve off sod was thrown into street from valves, they are below sod level
12".
1st. Fire Hydrant north of Pine Hurst east side of Riverchase two valves
unable to locate. 12/4/95 valves uncovered & fire hydrant vlave 12"
deep.
(These 4 items all need stacks raised with pads repoured).
Manhole I00 ft. south of Pine Hurst on Riverchase unable to locate.
12/4/95 found manhole at mark on curb; covered with sod 2" deep.
Manhole east side of Riverchase south of Barrington unable to locate.
12/4/95 found manhole @ mark on curb under sod 2-3" deep.
Manhole at Stonecrest & Riverchase east side unable to locate.
12/4/95 found manhole mark on curb, still covered with sod 2-3" deep.
Manhole 100ft. south of Stonecrest on Riverchase unable to locate.
12/4/95 found manhole from curb marking, it is still covered with sod
2-3" deep.
(These 3 manholes needs to be raised to grade).

RE: Deficient Water/Sewer Facilities in R.O.W. Fronting
Riverchase Drive
Dear Mr. Daniel:
Recently I sent a maintenance crew to the above referenced
subdivision to locate the surface water/sewer system components.
There were several deficient items that need to be corrected
(see attached list).
These deficiencies were created by the screening wall and
sidewalk contractors. I would like,.to see one of these
contractors correct these deficiencies.
