The following items were found to be deficient in our recent walk
through:

Construction Joint in alley not sealed (not sealed because
of water running through it from clubhouse side of wall -
potential drainage problem)(entry pavers have a slight
appearance of being uneven and wavy. Some gaps between
pavers may be excessive to create a good "lock up").
Grinding performed in these areas addressed in appearance
later by patching compound·
Edges look loose.
Cracks in sidewalk sections.
Random cracking near saw joint.
Please make sure the contractor(s) receives a copy of this list
in order to ensure that these issues are addressed.
