Please provide a check made payable to the City of Coppell in the amount of $6825.00 and
forward it to Mr. Alan Johnson, Acting Finance Director, Finance Department, along with a
copy of the fee calculations.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office. Copies of your receipt will help us
verify payment of the required fees for this project.
