A final inspection of the sanitary sewer on the project listed
above has been confirmed by representatives of the City of
Coppell.
The installation of the sanitary sewer has been verified and in
compliance with the City of Coppell standard requirements.
The one-year maintenance bond and as-built drawings have been
received. Maturity on the bonds will be one year from the date
of this letter (January 8, 1992).
