Dear Mr. Edwards:
A review has been made of your recent submittals regarding
the subject residential development.
The drive layout can be accepted as shown (encroaching on
a portion of the easement but approximately 13' from the 24"
high pressure natural gas transmission pipeline) provided no
cover is removed from the easement with the understanding that
any damage to the drive encroachment as a result of operation
and maintenance on the gas line is the responsibility of the
property owner.
Drive entrances off the alley to the NE and crossing the
gas line perpendicularly is a much less acceptable alternative
and would present obvious difficulty to the operation of the
gas line.
The proposed 8" sanitary sewer extension and manhole is
still under review.
