I) As a normal procedure of final plat submittal, Drainage
Plan (off and on-site) should be provided. Based on what
is shown on sheet 1/1, the existing contours indicate
that drainage is toward the northeast corner of the
property. But it is not clear what happened there, or
where it is draining to. Please advise.
2) Has a preliminary plat been approved? If not, per the
Subdivision Ordinance, Planning and Zoning and City
Council should approve a preliminary plat first and then
a final plat.
3) What is the zoning on this property and its adjacent
properties?
4) Benchmark is not shown on the sanitary sewer plan.
5) Provide a site plan.
