RE: Utilities for PD 113 - Development 37 Acres
Sandy Lake and Lodge Roads
Dear Mr. Goram:
It has come to our attention that this development is not located
within the Coppell Municipal Utility District (MUD). The site
requires being serviced by existing utilities adjacent to and
on these two tracts of land. Based on preliminary discussions
with the MUD it is our understanding that we are required to
obtain permission to utilize the existing services.
I am hereby requesting the City of Coppell to work with us to
obtain the proper permission from MUD. Please advise us in writing
the procedures and channels that the City of Coppell feels is
appropriate in this matter.
As you are aware our plat is going before the planning and zoning
council on September 13 and the city council September 18,1990. P-
lease respond in a timely manner , as so we can start submittals
to the proper authorities.
