Walk-thru for MEPC Freeport North III
Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. First fire hydrant north of building in front, locate valve
paint lid red, put down blue button.
2. Locate main lin, valve and paint blue. Put extension on valve.
3. Put extension on vault valve on north side of building.
4. Need a brass uD4on on DDC in vault.
Second fire hydrant north of building paint valve lid red &
paint fire hydrant yellow.
Third fire hydrant paint yellow, paint valve lid red.
Fourth fire hydrant paint yellow, valve red; extension on
valve.
Fifth fire hydrant paint yellow, valve red; fitting is leaking
at 2-1/2" nozzle.
9. Need button in street on all fire hydrants.
10. Need marking on curb on all fire hydrant meter cans. Manholes
main line valves; fire hydrant valves; sewer clean-outs,
vaults, etc.
11. Sixth fire hydrant paint yellow, valve cap red.
12. Main line valve on back south corner of property needs an
extension on both valves (Gateview street side).
13. Seventh fire hydrant paint yellow, paint lid red to valve.
14. Locate fire hydrant valve for existing F.H. on Gateview.
(Second Fire Hydrant off Royal Lane on Gateview.)
15. Eighth fire hydrant paint yellow, valve lid paint red; also
need an extension on all three valves.
16.
6" clean-out on Gateview needs to be ground level and put on
proper lid.
17. 4" clean-out needs to be ground level with proper lid.
18. Sewer sample port (WAD) on Gateway needs proper lid inside.
19. Both meters (Irrigation & Domestic) on Gateview need markin~
on curb and ~an brought to ~round level.
20. Sample port (WAD) needs marking on curb ~round.
21. Fire hydrant directly in front of buildin~ in parking lot on
Royal Lane has no water; paint yellow and locate valve and
paint valve lid red.
22.
4" clean-out in front of building needs to be ground level and
have proper lid.
