Listed below are Street Division comments relative to walk thru.
1. Domestic meter needs 4" pipe over bottom cut-off and lid.
2. Need backflow test for both vaults and both irr. & dom.meters.
6" clean-out needs plu9 inside and needs proper clean-out lid.
Fire hydrant in front of Royal Ln needs correct markings on
curb and paint main line valve blue.
On fire hydrant near front door on south side of building.
Locate fire hydrant valve and paint red.
First fire hydrant north side of building,mark curb for valve.
Second fire hydrant northside needs an extension on F.H.valve.
All valves that are not in pavement need to be poured with
concrete - not mortar.
u~n-hole in middle of drive, south side needs to get chimney
seal out of the bottom and reinstall.
10. Need to check plans to see where clean-outs are. Locate sewer
clean-out.
