Attached is a letter from the City of Lewisville Engineering Department stating the remaining
items needed for t ewisville final acceptance. The City has perr:ormed a prefiminary walk
through and has found the listed items needed for final acceptance. Items 1-3, 5 & 6 wilt be
addtessed upon completion of the screening wall along Lake Vista Drive. I[em 4 is being
handled b~ Cullum Construction, but we will monitor as to eh.sure it is completed. We
understand the City may have some additional punch list items once the final walk-through
OCCURS.
