Keith,
Mark Wakeland and I wanted to thank you for meeting with us today to
discuss the current situation. It helped clear up some
misunderstandings that we have had, and gave us direction for finalizing
the project.
Mark also wanted me to inform you that he will have a letter regarding
the sidewalk for you tomorrow. He had a late meeting this afternoon and
would not be able to get to it today. Rodney has contacted Lewisville
to pursue a letter stating the status on their acceptance of public
improvements. Rodney is also waiting for the different departments to
reinspect the "fixed" punch items as well as checking on the status of
all the maintenance bonds. We are hoping to have everything we
discussed to you in the next day or two.
