It is also our understanding that their representatives have either directly or indirectly indicated that these missing letters are the result of EBCC's construction activities. We share the frustration of the Homeowner's Association regarding pointless vandalism; however, to our knowledge, insinuating that employees from EBCC or our subcontractors are involVed with this act is without any factual basis. Please note that, as of this date, our crews and the crews of our subcontractors haven't started any work at this intersection. If you have any questions regarding this issue, don't hesitate to contact our office. ~l~ns,~tion Company Project Engineer XC: Michael G.
