It also discusses the Storm Sewer plans. A. We have studied the matter of realigning the east side transition to accommodate Coppell's desire for bike paths. The enclosed sketch illustrates our recommendation for a revised roadway section which addresses the safety concerns associated with sidewalk and bike lanes. We will be glad to provide further details in this regard should you desire. B. Storm Sewer Plans: We have almost completed the storm sewer plans, utilizing the base line survey furnished us. Some departure from the original route was necessary to avoid a conflict with the bridge. Also, the tangent from the fie-in at the river to the first P.I. was shifted slightly south to balance the clearance between trees. The new alignment will require relocation of a power pole which would have been necessary anyway due to the depth of the trench excavation. The storm sewer plans were not a part of the sixty-percent plan review. We would appreciate approval of the route selection of the 66" line, as illustrated on the enclosed prinL We would also appreciate a separate review of the storm sewer plans when they have been completed to the sixty percent stage.
