RE: Sandy Lake Project 91-838
(Coppell E. City Limits to Dallas City Limit )
_ Park Improvuent Plans
Dear Mr. Tumulty:
We have reviewed the preliminary park improvement plans and
Geotechnical Report provided by Sanford LaHue, P.E., of Schrickel
Rollins. You have not asked for a written review. Since a portion
of the park improvement work may be performed by Dallas County Road
and Bridge District #1 (R. & B. #1) we are documenting questions,
comments and concerns that we would appreciate your consulting
engineering firm for reviewing and providing feedback as you
consider appropriate.
For ease of reference we have separated this letter into two
categories. One having to do with R. & B. #1 construction for the
park improvements and another category containing comments or
questions relating to the plans.
