City Limits to Dallas City Limit ) _ Park Improvuent Plans Dear Mr. Tumulty: We have reviewed the preliminary park improvement plans and Geotechnical Report provided by Sanford LaHue, P.E., of Schrickel Rollins. You have not asked for a written review. Since a portion of the park improvement work may be performed by Dallas County Road and Bridge District #1 (R. & B. #1) we are documenting questions, comments and concerns that we would appreciate your consulting engineering firm for reviewing and providing feedback as you consider appropriate. For ease of reference we have separated this letter into two categories. One having to do with R. & B. #1 construction for the park improvements and another category containing comments or questions relating to the plans. Cross sections for both the conveyance channel and all roadways are desired.
