ST9302-CS 990406Woodcrest Lane Road Closure
At 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 8, 1999 while the City's storm
drain contractor was excavating across Woodcrest Lane a 2"
gas main was cut.
This gas main was recently installed by the gas contractor, but
was laid approximately 18 feet deep and in conflict with the
City's 30" water main. Due to work required by Lone Star
Gas to repair this line, the City's contractor was held up and
unable to re-open Woodcrest Lane by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
Work should be completed by 4:00 p.m. Friday, April 9, 1999
and Woodcrest Lane re-opened.
