I spoke to Jerry Bates this morning concerning time frames for relocations on West Sandy Lake. He
said that TXU is struggling to keep up and repair east and south Texas and Louisiana.
He finally stated that if"no more catastrophes happen, then TXU should be clear by 1/3/6". That's the
strongest commitment that he would give.
At this time we are proceeding with bidding West Sandy Lake in late October 2005 with a Council
award in November or December and a start of work in January 2006.
