I am in receipt of your letter regarding supervision and have the following response
I am not sure who has observed this site with non-supervision but we have had supervision on this site.
Due to the nature of the proJect the foreman will be moving from one end to the other looking at
barricades He may also be going back and forth from the site to our shop or monitoring the trucks
working on this project This is part of his duties set forth by our company policy if he leaves the site he
has a lead man that is capable of monitoring the project and answering any questions you may have.
You may ask Mark whom that may be I am not sure what personnel he has onsite
So that you are not mistaken Riohard Burton is not the foreman on this project. Mark Zellman is the
foreman until the concrete paving begins. At that point Lonnie Chapman will takeover this role and he
will appoint a foreman under him to be at the site
